Develops and manages information technology (IT) project plans and deliverables. Assists with determination of project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle. Supports incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects. Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals. Develops and executes project communication plans. Identifies project risks and develops mitigation plans. Coordinates and oversees supplier activities. Coordinates priorities and activities of project support team. Integrates cost, schedule and technical data/metrics into information to aide in decision making and corrective action. Provides project status. Ensures proper documentation of project deliverables. *hybrid role, 3 days in the office* The Software Development and Advanced Technology department is now looking for Interim Leaders who want to join us and be a part of driving a transition journey. We are on a journey to take our solutions into the cloud and at the same time continue to explore what modern technology such as AI and Quantum Computing can do to support our customers in the best possible way. Our development teams build world leading optimization solutions targeting professional users as well as web-based solutions targeting airline personnel. As an Interim Leader you will be joining a team of ten line managers and you will be leading 3-4 teams and about 15-20 team members. Both the leadership team and the development teams use agile principles to plan and perform their work.
