We are looking for a Business Analyst dedicated towards our eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments) implementation practice, formally reporting to the Unify Programme and Product Delivery Lead. In a cross functional environment, the eCOA Implementation Business Analyst is working in a dedicated team with other eCOA BAs and eCOA Library Specialists under the direction of the eCOA Implementation Director, to manage, expand and operationalize an eCOA Library to serve our customer study needs in providing validated, functional, and reusable implementations of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA). In this capacity the eCOA BA also serves as the technical expert to customers and study teams, both from anoperational and business standpoint. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, technical acumen, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in an international context, with colleagues and partners spanning around the globe. As our colleague we are expecting a humble, structured, self-sufficient, and social person to join our team. Key accountabilities required: • Collaborate with study deployment teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable recommendations for studies. • Build out and migrate eCOA instruments from PDF version to an electronic format in the platform. • Shouldering the role of eCOA implementation subject matter expert, serving and being part of the numerous study deployment teams. • Self-sufficiently seeking a deeper understanding of the eCOA domain. • Continuously keeping up to date with new platform releases to ensure an end-to-end understanding of deliverables.
