IAM Transformation Consultant – 100% Remote

We are looking for an experienced IAM Consultant to support a customer in a comprehensive assessment of their current IAM solution and prepare the foundation for a transformation to CIF (SaaS). Then continue work in the following project. About the assignment The customer currently manages its Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes using OpenText NetIQ IDM/IG in an on-premise environment. They are now exploring a transformation towards CIF (SaaS) and need an experienced consultant to assess the current solution, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide recommendations for the transformation journey. Key responsibilities Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the customer's current IAM solution and processes Analyze the existing OpenText NetIQ IDM/IG on-premise environment Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and transformation opportunities Assess the feasibility and implications of moving to CIF (SaaS) Provide recommendations and a high-level roadmap for the transformation Present findings and recommendations to relevant customer stakeholders Requirements Solid experience within Identity & Access Management (IAM) Strong knowledge of OpenText NetIQ IDM/IG Experience with IAM assessments, transformations, or migrations Understanding of SaaS-based IAM solutions Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and drive an assessment from start to finish Location: 100% remote Language: English or Swedish
