Description: At the department of Autonomous Drive (AD) function development we are responsible for AD data analytics and data management to support the V&V preparation and execution as well as certification. The work consists of both method development, algorithm development and analytics toolchain development. General: Working as a SCRUM master in two teams responsible for Data Analytics and Data Management. This is an action role to replace persons on other assignments. Qualifications: • Experience with facilitating SCRUM events. • Knowledge on SAFe, especially preparing and running PI planning. • Knowledge of what is limiting team flow and how to drive impediments in a large organization. • Team development knowledge. • Experience from SW development is meriting Personal Qualities: • Has an open and including mindset that fits our diverse team • Strong drive to help team succeed with objectives and improve work • Collaborates well with others in team and likes to build network
