Assignment Description: We are looking for an IT functional manager with digital ability & engagement experience. The responsibility of the manager is to lead the team as a line manager and manage the operation to ensure team alignment and quality in deliverables. This assignment will include a few different teams including Enterprise Architecture, IT asset management, business engagement and IT service management. Responsibilities: ▪ Line Management for employees and consultants in the teams. ▪ Identifying the need of increased (or decreased) competence or capacity to manage an upcoming change of scope based on the customer’s requirement ▪ To improve the efficiency and quality of the service we offer to customers ▪ Lead the team and manage the team members’ performance ▪ Manage the budget and cost of the team ▪ IT function daily operation management Experience: The consultant has the following experience: ▪ Team and people management ▪ Project management ▪ Experience in business organization development and change management ▪ Broad experience in automotive IT deliveries ▪ Budget and cost management Competence: ▪ Bachelor's degree in computer science or possess equivalent experience. ▪ Solid experience and knowledge within IT team management ▪ Strong general IT knowledge in areas such as project management, service delivery and people management ▪ Experience in the planning and operation of IT asset management, IT service management ▪ Demonstrated people management and leadership skills ▪ Fast learner, confident, motivated ▪ Strong and disciplined organizational skills. ▪ Ability to act as a change agent when needed. ▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills ▪ Good negotiation skills
