For the further development of omnichannel sales experience we will strengthen the product management team with a Product Manager, leading one of our digital product teams working with enabling a seamless digital shopping experience. This is one of the key product teams in our journey into integrated online/offline direct consumer experience, and then ultimately guide the customer to do their purchase online. Looking for product manager who have service design background, particularly the experience of driving the product discovery phase activities, such as - Creating Alignment to Enable Team Autonomy - Understanding the Most Critical User Problems and Opportunities - Collaboratively Ideating Solutions - Prototyping Experiences. - Testing the Most Critical Assumptions of Discovery Ideas Through Experiments. You and your skills You are a customer-obsessed leader for your consumer-facing digital product, and accountable for its success. You have a passion for the customer and creating user experiences that are best-in-class, using a data-driven approach. You solve problems going from the customer to how the technology works; and have an ability to quickly translate customer opportunity or need into product and technology dependencies. We see that you value designing user-centric experiences with deep empathy for the customer, specific to true consumer needs based on consumer insights and data. We also believe that you have an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by commercial success. • 5+ years experience in product management for consumer digital products and services, preferably within digital technology retail stores, exhibit design, and the automotive industry • Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible products and services that customers love • Entrepreneurial instincts and track record of leading new initiatives • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and associated tools preferred • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA, or equivalent in experience • Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
