Senior Service Designer to drive a project for Advanced Service Design and Roadmap Short project description:  The work includes several sub projects – visioning advanced future transportation solutions and refining roadmaps for the upcoming service offerings. Project phases to be covered:  Phase 0 – Sharpen service roadmap with customers and business insights. Visualize customer value to improve communication. Phase 1 – Vision potential transport solutions and targets for far futures  Phase 2 – Rationale and break down the goals and identify required product and service development for each scenario. Phase 3 – Develop an action plan and reshape the service roadmap. Wanted outcome:  Visualize potential paths and required actions to secure Volvo’s competitive in the far futures. Description of the team:  Work closely within Volvo strategy team and advanced design team with product designers, product managers business analysis, data analysis, innovation manager, etc. Previous experience - prerequisite:  Service strategy, business analysis, concept visualization, software or system development. Previous experience - desired:  Service innovation with data or machine learning, trend analysis. Tools and required level of expertise:  - Capable to work from all perspectives, including customers, business, and technical operations. - Capable to work backwards from ideal future scenarios and to plan forward from understanding of business and organizational capacity. - Strong in collecting insights, networking, leading and facilitating design thinking workshops  - Strong and creative in visual communication to narrative concepts and improve artifacts - Experienced in both scoping and specifications for service offerings and prototyping to convey and evaluate concepts. - Experienced in service innovation with high tech and ecosystem analysis
