As UX designer you will be part of a team that will create services that will help construction sites and operators understand how the electric machines can be use in an optimal way. As a UX designer you will be part of a team that create services to ensure that the material management process is efficient for our customers. Wanted profile and experience: 1. User research: UX designers have the ability to conduct user research to understand userneeds, behaviors, and motivations. They use various research methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather data and insights about user preferences and pain points. 2. Information architecture: UX designers are skilled in structuring information in a way that is intuitive and easy to navigate. They create information architecture diagrams and wireframes to organize content and layout. 3. Interaction design: UX designers create interactions that are intuitive, user-friendly, and delightful. They design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to test and refine interactions. 4. Visual design: UX designers have an eye for aesthetics and create visually appealing designs that align with a brand's personality and userexpectations. They use typography, color, and layout to create visually compelling designs. 5. Usability testing: UX designers are skilled in conducting usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of a design. They use testing techniques such as A/B testing, tree testing, and card sorting to gather data and insights about user behavior. 6. Design thinking: UX designers use a design thinking approach to problem-solving. They empathize with users, define the problem, ideate solutions, prototype, and test to create effective and engaging user experiences. 7. Collaboration: UX designers collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to create effective user experiences. They have strong communication skills, can present their ideas effectively, and work well in a team. 8. Knowledge of design tools: UX designers are skilled in using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision to create and test designs. 9. Continuous learning: UX designers are constantly learning and keeping up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field.
