The work is tedious and time consuming and doesnât meet expectations on a premium brand experience.
We need a senior project manager to lead a big transformation project in the Case Management/CRM area. The scope for the first step is:
Drive the purchasing process for the new platform
Drive the purchasing process for an implementation partner
Drive the project setup work â organize all stakeholders
Start the first delivery project â implementing the first identified capability on the selected platform
The project is the first step in rolling out a new platform for several different capabilities.
We believe that the person we are looking for have the following profile:
Senior PM with experience from purchasing processes of both IT platforms and implementation partners
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience from global change management initiatives
Strong in the intersection between Business requirements and IT solutions
Experience from Case management/CRM area
Preferred location is Gothenburg with travels to Gent
